Individual therapeutic exercises

Therapeutic exercises are individually tailored and aimed to achieving your goals.

Based on the assessment, the physiotherapist evaluates the condition and prepares an exercise programme consisting of different types of exercises (active exercises, active-assisted exercises, passive exercises, breathing exercises, isometric exercises, eccentric/concentric exercises, balance or coordination exercises, exercises to stimulate lymphatic and blood circulation, proprioceptive exercises, corrective exercises, functional exercises, strengthening exercises, stretching exercises, relaxation exercises, etc.).

When do we recommend individual therapeutic exercises?

  • For back and joint pain (shoulder calcifications, plantar fasciitis, etc.)

  • After injuries or surgeries (hip, knee, shoulder, etc.)

  • For acute musculoskeletal and myofascial pain

  • To improve posture (scoliosis) and body stabilisation

  • To improve/increase muscular performance and endurance

  • To improve blood circulation in the body

  • To improve balance and coordination

  • For professional or recreational athletes
