Training with a kinesiologist

Personalised functional training aimed at improving physical performance, maintaining health and movement.

Kinesiology training is tailored to the individual's needs and is aimed to achieving the goal. The physiotherapist assesses the condition based on testing and assessment and prepares a functional programme consisting of various techniques and exercises (myofascial roller massage, isometric exercises, eccentric/concentric exercises, breathing exercises, balance and coordination exercises, proprioceptive exercises, corrective exercises, functional exercises, strengthening exercises, stretching exercises, relaxation exercises).
