In combined manual therapy, the physiotherapist obtains information about the causes of problems through conversation and examination in order to choose the technique or combination of techniques that is most suitable for treatment and achieving the goal.
The physiotherapist uses Cyriax orthopedic medicine, transverse friction, joint and nerve mobilization, fascia manipulation, myofascial trigger points, visceral mobilization, the EMMETT technique and others.
